fishback & stephenson has been making hard apple cider since 2013 in fairfield, iowa. all of our cider is pressed, fermented, aged, and packaged onsite using only the finest ingredients.
they are all naturally gluten free and vegan.
we’ve won “best iowa cidery” three years in the new york international cider competition and continue to take a lot of pride in crafting a premium product to share with all of you.
we offer all our flavors of cider, including limited releases at our taproom. in addition we have a rotating menu of selected iowan craft beer on tap, as well as a full bar with specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
